I'm Yashi — a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in India and across the world, in person and by online video sessions. Therapy here moves at your pace, grounded in evidence-based practice, genuine human connection, and an unhurried kind of attention.
My work is for people who are tired of overthinking, overgiving, shutting down, people-pleasing, or feeling like they should be able to handle everything on their own. Therapy with me is a space to slow down and understand what's happening beneath the surface, to regulate what feels overwhelming, relearn what you may have never been taught, and reconnect with yourself and the people you love. Based on your issues and therapy goals, we work through different kinds of modalities like emotion focused, CBT, psychodynamic, interpersonal, internal family systems, attachment theory, trauma focused, queer affirmative, and narrative therapy, using what you need as you need them. We use tools, books, articles, videos, whatever works best for you to work on yourself and get better.
Weekly sessions for issues like anxiety, low mood, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem.
