My education has further been supplemented by a MA degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University.

I've since worked with hundreds of clients across India and abroad, supporting them through a wide range of personal and relationship challenges. I've worked with issues like anxiety, anger management, depression, suicidal ideation, people pleasing, body image issues, social anxiety, identity crisis, betrayal and childhood trauma, grief, relationship & attachment issues, substance issues, self-esteem issues, postpartum depression, OCD, sleep & eating issues, overthinkng, and abandonment wounds.

My Approach

I meet my clients where they are & walk with them while they figure how they want to navigate their current life and circumstances and who they want to be while they do that. Self-work is one of the most important works I do with my clients. Helping them build a healthy relationship with themselves is foundational to the work I do with them while simultaneously focusing on their emotional and mental health issues.

I believe it's essential you find a therapist you can trust and feel comfortable with. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and containing spcae to help you explore your varied thoughts and emotions, creating a collaborative relationship that is central to your progress. The Individual Sessions are 50 minutes & Couples Therapy sessions are 75 minutes, which are held usually weekly to begin with.
